Two developers who got tired of watching good businesses lose customers.

We are Jarek and Lucia. We both studied full stack development, and we kept seeing the same thing: businesses that are genuinely good at what they do, with websites that hide it. So we built Konar Studio to fix exactly that.

Why we do this

A great business with a weak website is losing money every single day.

You can be the best builder, the best kitchen maker, the best brand in your market. If your website does not show it, the customer never finds out. They land, they doubt, they leave, and they buy from someone worse who simply looked more convincing online.

That is the part that bothers us. It is fixable. Most sites are not losing customers because the business is bad. They are losing them because the page was built to look finished, not to sell.

The plan and the design

Jarek is the one who works out the plan. Before anything gets designed, he digs into how your business really wins customers, what someone needs to believe before they buy, and the exact spots where your current site loses them.

Then he designs around all of that. Every section earns its place, and he can tell you why it is there. He genuinely cannot help redesigning menus and shop windows in his head when we are out, so putting it to good use was only fair.

Lucia turns the plan into something real, fast, and properly built. She works on whatever platform fits you best, from hand written code to Framer, and wires up the tracking so we are never guessing about what works.

She is the reason nothing ships half finished. After launch she keeps tuning the page from real data, usually with a cat asleep on the desk refusing to move. If it can be built well and measured, she has it handled.
