Lucia works out where the sale is being lost. Before anything is designed, she walks your funnel the way a new customer would and finds the exact moments people doubt, hesitate or leave.
Then she designs every fix around one clear decision, and can tell you why each part is there. She will happily talk you out of something that looks nice but will not sell.

We look at your key pages the way a new customer would, then send back the biggest leaks we can see and the first three fixes we would make. It is free, there is no call, and you keep it whether or not we work together.
How is the Store Audit different?
The teardown is a look from the outside. The audit goes through your whole funnel with your analytics data, checks mobile and speed on real devices, and ranks every issue by impact and effort. It is delivered in 48 to 60 hours, with a walkthrough call.
How much does it cost?
Three ways in. The teardown is free. The Store Audit is £1,450, a fixed price. Audit + Fix starts from £6,150, depending on the project: the audit, then the top fixes designed, built into your theme and tracked. We confirm the exact price after the audit, before any build starts.
How long does it take?
The free teardown is back with you within two working days. The Store Audit is delivered in 48 to 60 hours. For Audit + Fix, we agree the timeline once the audit shows what needs building.
Do you only work with Shopify?
Shopify is our focus, and where we can design and build the fixes ourselves. If your store runs on something else, send it over and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Can you guarantee a conversion lift?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What we promise is a clear diagnosis, fixes ranked by likely impact, and tracking on every change so you can see what actually moved.
What access do you need?
For the audit, collaborator access to Shopify and read access to your analytics. We never ask for passwords, and access can be removed the day we finish.
